Tournament format: Flighted Point Quota.  Additional Game:  Team Nassau ($20 Cash due at Check-In or with entry fee)

Fill out the form below to register for the 2nd Annual Deercreek Ladies Invitational sponsored by Rain Girl.  Open to Female Golf Professionals and Amateurs with a current USGA index.  The format for the tournament is Stableford.  Professionals will have a 36 point quota and all amateurs will use their index and tee assignment to determine their points.  A minimum of 8 points.
